Welcome to Silicon Garden Housing Estate Cooperative webpage. Silicon Garden as we are simply called, is a housing project undertaken by Silicon Garden Cooperative society. It covers an expanse of land measuring over 16,000 square meters located at Ogombo, near Lagos Business School, Lekki – Epe Expressway, Lagos. It’s a conceptual estate currently at the german flooring stage consisting of community of like minded professionals and visionary people who like to live together in a serene and exclusive environment.

Entrance to the estate could be through Ogombo road by Abraham Adesanya Estate, Ajah or through Golden Park Estate, Sangotedo. The Estate has a global C of O and the Cooperative is registered with Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. Work has begun on the estate since 2009 with perimeter fence completed while individual member duplex building is being developed by the Cooperative as can be seen on the Gallery page.
